His sweet spot is finding opportunities others might miss, bringing the right people together and turning good ideas into businesses that create real value.

Tracy leads product design and user experience at Rogue. Over 25+ years in digital, she’s built creative teams and created experiences for brands including Nike, Wilson Sporting Goods, JD Sports, McDonald’s and Kohl’s. A natural problem solver, Tracy has an instinct for understanding user behavior and making the complex feel simple - including Wilson's Custom platform that drives millions in annual revenue.

Kevin leads technology and development at Rogue. A self-taught engineer and open-source expert, he’s spent more than 20 years building award-winning digital products across platforms and devices. As lead architect across all Rogue solutions, he turns ambitious ideas into scalable technology and builds the systems behind our most complex products and experiences. There’s a reason we have a saying around here: “In Kev We Trust.”

Camden has been building with Rogue since high school, growing from an early contributor into a leader of our data and business intelligence work. Today, he leads analytics engagements and builds BI products that turn complex data into smarter decisions and new opportunities. He’s also a published researcher, bringing that same curiosity to how data and technology can solve real-world problems.
