Her design direction has powered flagship experiences for Wilson Sporting Goods, driving tens of millions in annual revenue.

Derek oversees client relationships, project delivery, and platform operations. A strategic operator with a background in agency leadership, he ensures Rogue Labs’ products are as stable as they are scalable.
